HOW CAN I RETURN ?
STEP 1 ) Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your package. You will be contacted within 2 working days.
STEP 2) Get the RMA number from us and pack your return item(s).
STEP 3) Full set Fedex documents will be prepared by us. You just have to print them out and make a call to arrange a pick-up service from Fedex Hotline.
STEP 4 ) You will be notified via e-mail about the refund once your parcel reaches us.
Making a return is easy by using our International Returns service (partner with Fedex).

STEP 1) Request a Returns Merchandize authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your package. Let us know your order number and the reason for return. You will be contacted within 2 working days to arrange any return.
STEP 2) You will receive an email containing our RMA number and to save your time, our customer care team has already prepared and filled the Fedex forms on behalf of you.
STEP 3) Print out the Fedex form, make a call to Fedex hotline to arrange a pick-up at your door. You may also trace your parcel via www.fedex.com/us/fedextracking/ . We will not be responsible for any lost in return shipment if you are using other courier services as a proof of delivery by tracking number is necessary.
STEP 4) You will be notified via email about the refund once your parcel reaches us. For speedy processing of the refund, please be sure that your returned item(s) meets the conditions of our Return Policy. Our customer care team is available to assist you with any of your questions.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Once receive your returned parcel, our customer care team will check the parcel right away. If everything is fine, we will arrange immediately refund via your original payment method, to your credit card or paypal account. The return shipping fee is non-refundable; it will be deducted from the total refund amount in accordance with our Returns Policy.
